Prof. ZHAO Hongyan

Professor

 

Prof. Zhao  has been awarded a master degree in International Relations and doctoral degree in International Journalism by the Communication University of China. From 2009 to 2011, she worked for the Renmin University of China as a post-doctoral researcher. Between 2017 and 2018, Prof. Zhao has been a visiting scholar at the University of Iowa. Her research interests cover Public Diplomacy, Political Communication, International Communication, and Global Media. Her most recent research project focuses on Mediated Public Diplomacy.
