Dr. Nicușor Sever Cosmin (Nick) FLOREA
Lecturer
Dr. Florea is a Lecturer of International Relations with the Department of Diplomacy, School of International Relations, University of International Business and Economics. He holds a PhD in International Law awarded by China University of Political Science and Law. His research focuses on China's engagement with International Law, China's Foreign Policy, China-CEE Cooperation Framework (the "16+1" mechanism) and the EU-China relations.
Dr. Florea previously worked in various academic, stakeholder outreach and communication projects in Indonesia, Malaysia and Romania. Besides Romanian, his native language, he is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, while having a working knowledge of Indonesian, Malay and Italian.
