Prof. DONG Qingling

Professor

 

Prof. Dong serves as a postdoctoral research fellow of cyber-security in State Information Center, a branch of China’s National Development and Reform Commission (SIC-NDRC) and a senior researcher of big data science in TIME-SPACE BIG DATA CENTER, which belongs to SIC. He is also the executive member of Institute of Big Data for International Relations (IBDIR), an agency founded by SIR-UIBE aiming to promote international studies based on open data.

 

Prof. Dong studied International Relations and got his PhD degree in China Foreign Affairs University in 2009. He has conducted scientific researches and engaged in academic exchanges overseas for many times. Currently, Prof. Dong mainly undertakes research on International Relations driven-by big data and teaches International Relations Theory, International Law, International Economic Cooperation and Security.
